In the family terminal control system with GPS needs a stable and efficient numeral system to execute its orders. In order to reach this point, we have two options of numeral system to choose for representing numeric values in system. One is binary numeric system and another one is decimal. In fact the numeric system is foundation of computer operational, so an easy and efficient are important. Binary numeric totally gratify our requirement on numeric system, even it has more vantages, such as briefness of implementation, appropriation of logical action, and liable to interchange.
The family control system has same working principle with computer. Firstly it would collect all the information from the home, garden, even the vehicles. Obviously, the simple ASCII cannot achieve today business working in globalization, because ASCII will not help some one who does not speak English, so the Unicode are much better than ASCII. The Unicode can show any language and characters to all the users who come the all the world; no matter they are Chinese, Japanese, or Arabian.
Today, globalization creates a new world, which is increasing unification of the world economic and technology. A great product cannot only work in a specific area, but the world. So we create it for all the people who live in the world, and make their life simple, and efficient.
